It offers beautiful views of the ocean and historic Old Harbor village to the east, ocean views to the north, and tranquil inland vistas to the west.
Beaches, stores, and restaurants are a short walk away. Excellent location for a couple or a small family.

During the spring and fall season, we will be happy to pick you up at the ferry dock or airport if arrangements are made in advance.

RATE SCHEDULE
Summer Season $1250 per week
(Available only for weekly Saturday-to-Saturday rentals during summer season)
Spring and Fall Season
(Rates for weeklong and shorter stays during the spring and fall seasons are available upon request)
DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit of half of the weekly rent is due within 10 days of booking. The balance is due upon arrival
CANCELLATION POLICY
A $40 fee is charged for all cancellations. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged the full deposit unless we can re-book the apartment.
